Winston Churchill Cartoony Manby ~NewtMan

I know very little about Winston Churshill and what I do know is all based on hear-say. He was on Doctor Who. Of cource he was Prime Minister of the UK during World War Two. But apperently he had a rapier wit and enjoyed the drink.
Anyway he's super fun to draw. This is how he will appear if I ever shuv his likeness in a comic!
